Yellow Submarine won’t turn on when I pull the trigger…

1. Open the handle and make sure the batteries are inserted. Check image in compartment to see if batteries are inserted in the correct configuration.
   
2. Replace the cover and try again.
   
3. If the tool still doesn’t start, call customer service at 1-800-533-3244.

The DrainStick won’t turn when I pull the trigger...

1. Open handle and make sure batteries are inserted. Check image in compartment to see if batteries are inserted in correct configuration.
   
2. Twist off the cover of the DrainStick and make sure the stick is inserted into the tool completely. Replace the cover and try again. If the DrainStick still doesn’t turn, call customer service at 1-800-533-3244.
   

How do I clean the DrainStick?

1. You can use any disinfectant cleaner to wash residue off the DrainStick.
   
2. If a clog is stuck on the end, remove the DrainStick from the handle and gently tease the clog off. Then wash with any disinfectant cleaner.
   
3. Alternately, you can cut off the clog and the end of the DrainStick, remove the remaining stick from the handle, and replace the DrainStick.
